1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup soy milk
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
Pour all ingredients into a bowl and cover in fridge overnight - or for at least an hour.
Blend in a high power blender for 1 minute.
Top with roasted pecans - see my recipe - they are amazing.
