
Wet ingredients
3-4 extra ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted salted butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Dry ingredients
1 1/2 cups Pamela’s GF baking mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup mini choc chips
Whisk wet ingredients until fully combined.
Fold in flour and cinnamon. Then add choc chips.
Line bread pan with parchment paper. Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. The top will be golden.
