HEALTHY AF BROWNIES (GF AND VEGAN)

Vegan brownies

1  15oz can pumpkin

1/2 cup almond butter creamy

14 cup oat flour

1/2 cup cacao powder

1/2 cup pal or date sugar

1 tbsp coconut or olive oil

1 tbsp vanilla

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp of salt more to sprinkle on top

1 bag cup vegan chocolate chips

how to:

   Preheat oven to 350 F.

In medium size mixing bowl, stir pumpkin, sugar, oil, vanilla and almond butter together. Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cacao and sea salt. Combine well.

Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment.

Bake for 25-30 min. Let cool on pan for 10 min. Transfer to a cooling rack for 30 min before slicing into squares.
