BLOOD ORANGE FENNEL SALAD

Blood orange fennel pecan salad

Ingredients:

4 handfuls of arugula and or baby butter lettuce

2 blood oranges, peeled and sectioned

1 medium fennel bulb sliced thin

handful of Roasted Cinnamon Pecans

1/4 cup Basil Vinaigrette

Sea salt and pepper

Instructions:

Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl.

You could add salmon or grilled chicken.

Enjoy!
